These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SS Trade Builders website (sstrade.co.uk) and the provision of our building and renovation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. SS Trade UK Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

SS Trade UK Ltd provides building, renovation, and construction services across London and surrounding areas, including loft conversions, home extensions, kitchen renovations, bathroom remodelling, outdoor living spaces, new flooring, and new builds. All services are subject to a written quotation and agreement before work commences. The scope of work will be clearly defined in our project agreement.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations are based on the scope of work agreed during the site survey and are provided as a fixed price.
• Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and agreed in writing before being undertaken.
• Sample quotations generated through our online portal are indicative estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer.

• A deposit may be required before work commences, as outlined in the project agreement. Deposit amounts are typically 10–20% of the total project value.
• Stage payments may apply for larger projects, with amounts and milestones clearly agreed in the contract.
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion and handover of the project.
• We accept bank transfer, cheque, and major credit/debit cards.
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Clients may cancel a project before work commences, subject to reimbursement of any costs already incurred by SS Trade Builders, including materials ordered, planning application fees, and professional fees. Cancellation after work has commenced will be subject to payment for all work completed to date and materials already purchased or ordered. A minimum of 14 days' written notice is required for cancellation.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.
